WTB: Dark Horse Fifth Anniversary Special

I've got one of these, but I'm not going to sell it....yet. Being the 1st appearance of Sin City (part 1 of the Dark Horse Presents 1st Sin City Storyline) I imagine that this book is going to be a hot commodity. I'm speculating that in contrast to other comics that have risen in advance of their respective movie, that this one will get the pop AFTER the movie as pretty much no one outside of comics has ever even heard of Sin City. PLUS, this movie should catch the interest of the mainstream Superhero collectors who may up to this point have not given Sin City a try, especially if it is a hit. Anyway, that's my speculative bet.

I think that your logic is reasonable, but I don't know how long the market can sustain the $300 complete sets that have sold on ebay recently.

 

We'll have to see how it goes.
