Eye appeal, brightness, and page quality are of top concern. Marvel chipping is a pet peeve, as are creased corners. I'd even consider a PLOD or restored copy if it was nice enough and the price was right.

Good luck. Very difficult book in those grades as they do not come up very often but when they do the feeding frenzy starts.
