I'd guess 3.5 due to top FC staining and general wear. Cover colors and PQ look sweet!

I'm at 4.0 but the staining doesn't bother me much. The back cover is very clean and pages are very nice.

The top edge staining seems to go through the inside cover and the interior pages at the front of the book... see the photo of the open first spread. 4.5 seems a bit optimistic.

 

Definitely an attractive copy for the grade, but I would think a press-clean wouldn't do too much.

staining is barely noticeable - I'm at 4.5-5.0 (a little higher than the others)
