How much will these small holes drop Grade

I have about a 9.4 comic , but it has this problem on the back top middle 1 small hole right corner top 2 small holes and some rubbing below them as seen in pic, i am not sure how they got there, but they are there, other than this the comic is in GREAT condition front and back etc....My questions is how much will come off on grading ?? can it still grade like 8.0 ?...

That corner looks too rounded for a 9.4.

Okay lets say its a 9.0 or an 8.0 etc i was just using that as an example to see how much of a grade drop something like the holes would drop a comic in the 9.0 + range etc...Can it only grade so high with damage like that ? or if in VF TO NM condition will it drop a point or more etc etc....
