Oh and since I am from Long Beach, I can recommend great places to eat. Not the "mall food" that downtown LB offers. Just a little east of the Convention is a little area known as Belmont Shore (a good mile and a half away). "Open Sesame" is a great restaurant to have Mediterean food. "Shore House" is a good diner. There's Lucilles for good Southern type food.
