I wouldn't consider distributor ink a defect; I don't think CGC takes anything off for that, at least not on mid-grade books.

 

The corner crease is pretty large, though. I'd have to knock the book down to a 5.0 because of that.

Nice looking copy but I have to agree that the bottom right corner knocks the grade down. I think overall it presents well so 5.5/6.0.

I'm leaning more toward 6.0 here

I've see 6.0's with larger creases than that, and otherwise, this book is in good shape.

Thank you everyone! This thread in general has been a big help in broadening my grading knowledge. The Batman #251 is a really neat book, what stinks abut my copy is that the back cover is nice and clean, too bad all the defects had go on the front cover.
