I don't sell that often, but when I do, I drink Dos Equis... er, I mean, I usually post that a book is On Hold before I respond to any PM's. If there is a Take It in the thread before I post the On Hold, it wins. If not, I respond to all PM's and then either sell or lift the Hold.
