The best superhero comic book in the world?

Now I'm not sure how many people that read this journal if any of you decide to are Invincible fans. But I like to think this is probably one of the best comics out right now. Maybe not as popular as ASM or the X-Men etc. But with the taking off of TWD a few years ago, pretty much anything that has my Kentucky's own Robert Kirkman on the cover, everyone just flocks too.

With all that said here begins my rant, Overstreet is the go to as far as comic book grading goes, unless I am not aware people are using something else. What bothers me most about this is that no one or hardly anyone is using this to base their prices off of. Invincible #1 is a good example of that. Yes I realize being graded by CGC does add a little more value to the book cause you know what you're getting, but inflating the price by $100 or $200 has no justification.

Even issues 2-15 which happen to be the only ones i am missing from my Invincible run are extremely over inflated, and i know why it happens but why. To me nothing is better than getting that final issue of a larger run you have been wanting to complete, with only 14 more issues to go I see it being a long while before I find the prices appeasing enough to bid or even buy-it-now.

I was lucky enough to search amazon and find a #1 granted it's the Larrys Comics variant but a #1 none the less. Hopefully the market for this relative unknown goes back to what it was before pop-culture took over, hopefully I can finish this run.

Sorry for the rant, just wanted to get that off my chest(wife doesn't completely care haha).
