PGM Fantastic Four 52

This is my first time posting in this section, so thank you all in advance.

 

Just purchased this copy from an LCS. They estimated 6.5. For the most part the copy is clean. The lighting in my room is a little yellower, so please take that into account. My main concern is the upper right corner on the back of the book.

That tear at the back exposes the spine too.

 

My grade would be a 5.0/5.5

 

Maybe a press and clean would help but still an awesome book nonetheless.

I think MoonKT is right on. I'd say 5.5 with that back spine corner issue. Front looks terrific tho!

there's no reason to press and clean a book in this grade.

that piece out is too much of a defect

Thanks guys for the honesty. A little disappointed that the corner affects the book so tremendously, but I rather temper my expectations.
