Banned Judge Dredd Cursed Earth Episodes To Be Reprinted

After 37 years the fast food parody stories from Judge Dredd are getting the reprint treatment. It's about time.

 

I've already got the Bolland issue but never picked up the Mike McMahon story.

I've been thinking lately about the Bolland Dread stories in 2000 AD. Has all the Bolland JD work been collected in volumes? If so, that's stuff I'd like to get

There is a Bolland Dredd volume but it doesn't reprint full stories where someone else drew episodes. So for example, the five part 'Father Earth' story is missing the final episode, as it's drawn by Ron Smith.
