Maybe Al Smith or Warren Kremer. Page size is about 9.75 X 13.5 inches which is why I got the image in a single scan. I created the replacement title, which sits on an old glue stain. Bump on an early spring day here in Vermont. This nice cover is still hanging around in the attic and deserves a new home. Just $400 shipped flat and sturdy to the US only, please.
