Just the big crease alone starts pushing it to a 5.0/5.5 range.

Two tape pulls are bad and in the image....

I think you'd be talking tops 4.0 in a CGC slab. With that said, they are tight now, so I could see someone buying it as a slightly higher grade raw.

without the tape pulls I'd put it in the 4.5 range with the crease and stain, the pulls are big enough to drop it to a 3.0 max for me,

i think 3.0 as well, but at most 3.5.
