I will ship only within the United States of America via USPS medium flat rate box with plenty of bubble wrap to keep everything well protected. Has some imperfections (mostly the interior pouch from what I can tell...price reflects the condition of the encapsulation (recommend a re-encapsulation). I also notice an imperfection that is on the black area of the issue near the B in Batman - looks like a white slice (break in color...printing imperfecton...still got a 9.8 though?)
