Chris Claremont: One of the most important writers, ushering in the modern age of comics with his historic run on the X-MEN. He created fan favorite characters such as Phoenix, Rogue, Gambit, Mystique, Sabertooth, Kitty Pryde, the White Queen, New Mutants, and dozens more. Claremont’s historic 17 year run on X-Men sold over 750 MILLION COMICS worldwide. Steve McNiven: is the most important Marvel Comics Artist of the Century. He is best known for top charting CIVIL WAR- soon to be the next Marvel Movie released in May. OLD MAN LOGAN influenced the current Marvel All new line-up, revamping the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY led to another success in the cineplex, and INHUMANS influences weekly Marvel television. McNiven’s work last year was perhaps the monumental, DEATH OF WOLVERINE.

 

Mat Nastos: Disney artist and writer, best Selling Fiction Author, TV/Film & fantasy writer/director, known best for bad horror movies about giant scorpions, killer pigs and dinosaurs in the sewers. Over his career, Mat has written or drawn for Marvel, DC, Elfquest, Cinemax, Disney (Moana, Emperor’s New School, Phineas & Ferb, Liv & Maddie), and more. Mat will be on-hand all weekend, as well as offering free kids’ sketches all day on Sunday.

 

Rick Hoberg: With a huge body of work that includes the original Marvel Comics’ STAR WARS, Green Arrow, and more. Hobart has extensive animation credits working on such favorites as the X-Men, TMNT, Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends, Jem & Holograms. Video Game fans should bring their copies of HALO 4 and HALO 5 to get signed too- Rick was the Lead Cinematic Storyboard artist for these world wide best sellers!

 

Peter Steigerwald: An American comic book artist primarily known for his work as a colorist and his work at Aspen Comics. He has also worked in inking, writing, and graphic design.

 

Frank Mastromauro: In 2003, creator Frank Mastromauro, along with fellow creator Michael Turner, founded Aspen Comicsa comic book publishing company focusing on cutting-edge properties of the highest caliber. As company President, Mastromauro oversees all company matters and is also the co-creator, along with Turner, of the critically acclaimed hit action-comedy comic series Shrugged and currently co-creator and writer of the action-adventure series Dellec.

 

Eddie Nunez: Fan Favorite of Artist Alley, with great prints and fantastic commissions. Credits include Windstorm, Batman Arkham, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cover Artist.

 

Chad Hardin: Teams up with Amazing Comic Con team-up for another action packed weekend in Houston. Hardin, best known for launching the DC52 Harley Quinn, will be anchoring the Artist Alley, where he will be meeting the fans. He will be also available for signatures and commissions.

 

Tony Fleecs: Attention Bronies and Pegasisters! My Little Pony artist Tony Fleecs is coming to the Amazing Houston Comic Con in September.

 

Marat Mychaels: (Artist for Deadpooh): Extreme Artist has forged a successful career post Image Comics with stints on Deadpool Corps for Marvel Comics with Grifter and Deathstroke for DC Comics. He is currently working on his creator owned work, while producing best convention prints on the show circuit.

 

Bonnie Gordon: Most recognized for her time on ABC’s inventively fun fantasy/reality show, The Quest (now streaming on Netflix!) If her face doesn’t seem familiar to you, then perhaps her voice will! Credits include Street Fighter V (Rainbow Mika), Ikki Tousen (Soujin); Akiba’s Trip (PS3); Guided Fate Paradox PS3 (Frunetti/Misery); Demon Gaze for PSVita (Comet, Chronos, and Pluto). Her future plans include living off of cheese plates and world domination.

 

Keith Silverstein: Well known voice actor in the world of Anime with credits that include Sword Art Online, Sailor Moon, Mobile Suit Gundam, and more; with additional credits in The Avengers as War Machine. Street Fighter fans know Keith Silverstein as the veteran warrior Gouken. Blizzard fans identify his voice as Torbjorn from OVERWATCH game. Super heroics meets first person shooter in the biggest launch of 2016.

 

Ryan Kincaid: (Artist for Zenescope): One of the most commercially talented creators seated in the Artist Alley at #A4. His good girl style is popular with con goers across the country, with prints and commissions available. He as contributed original artwork for VIP Members.

 

Doug Hazlewood: (Artist for Zenescope): Hazlewood has primarily worked for DC Comics during his career, often partnering with pencilers Tom Grummett and Nicola Scott, and he occupies a particular niche as Superman’s “event-book” inker, working on such titles and story lines as The Death of Superman (1993) and Superman: The Wedding Album (1996).

 

Sam De La Rosa: Professional comic book finishing/inking artist who has worked for all of the top companies – Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and more. Sam is best known for his work on Spider-man and Venom: Lethal Protector.
