Not for sure if any of you all be willing figure this into your grade, but the very edge of the upper right hand corner has a light bend, and most of the pages were lightly bent as well. This will be fixed by a good dry cleaning/pressing. Your opinion of a post clean/press grade would be great, but unless you point it out, your grade would reflect the book as it is in the scans.
