EDIT: Got my scanner working, so uploaded two better pics. Some of the pics below have intentional glare on them so that light defects around the bottom right and left corners can be seen. These defects are basically invisible unless light is glaring on them.

 

The last few pics show wear to small sections of spine.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Very tough to tell from the pics shows some spine wear corner blunt slight crease maybe a 6.0 to 7.0

given the fairly large cover crease in the corner (about 1/2") and what looks to be a nick a few inches away, I'd give this 8.5

 

it's hard to tell about the spine, since the pics aren't good.

 

assuming the spine is worn down, best guess would be a 7.5 overall
