PGM Hulk 181

I picked up a few mid grade copies for the upcoming con season and was quite pleased with them. This particular copy came from a local collector who took real good care of his books. He assigned this book a Fine + grade but out side of the slight stain on the back cover, minimal ticks and scratch on the logo I see this as much better. What do you guys think? MVS intact, no page torn etc.....
