I'll post better pics if there's response of folks in the know. Bottom line is I believe the census says there's 14 9.9s and 0 10s. I can't really see anything imperfect about it, except possibly a staple that can be seen. I guess if 1 in 1,000,000 comics are 10s, then that could knock it down to a 9.9. I'm a pretty tough grader though. The difference between a 9.8 and a 9.9 may be $200 vs $7-8k. If it's a 10, who knows, 10k+...
