"Triggered"? No. I think perhaps you don't realize that there's a distinction between finding something offensive, and being offended. The former is an intellectual reaction, the latter an emotional one.

The fastest and cheapest way to avoid any of it is simply remove yourself from the "offensive" material i.e let it go. It seems we live in absurd times.
