Highest Grade With a 5mm Tear Right Side of Front Cover

I received a NTT #2 today, slightly crumpled, only creases were non colour breaking and corners were sharp. With a Clean and Press I would estimate at least a 9.4/9.6.

 

However, I went to bag and board it, and failed to see the sleeve had a split, which caught the comic on the way in, and tore it. Needless to say, was not really the pleased, especially as it was a rookie mistake.

 

So just wondering what grade I could likely get if it was a 9.4 without the tear.
