This is the second IH #4 I have on here. Always great to receive your grades.

 

If CGC'd, would it make sense to get it cleaned?

 

Do the ink smears on the BC affect the grade it's already in?

I think the moisture ring and the spine split take it down to a 3.0, albeit a very nice clean example for grade.
