We found this copy along with several other #102's in a old warehouse find.

 

several of these books appear to never have been read, and are in amazing shape....

Your scan is cut off on the top and right. Also, it's a little too small to grade.

That book has nice eye appeal, but Scott is right scan it at 150% to give a better indication.
