My initial thoughts on this one were Fine, as it presents nicely.

 

But closer inspection revealed some light rust on the staples, some spine rolling evident on the back, and the coupon on bc is filled out. How far do you think that would knock it down? I'd lean towards

Looks like fairly heavy cover wear and the rolled spine. I'm thinking 3.5.
