Isn't it a prelim and not an 'unpublished, finished page'? I don't think such a prelim is worth the astronomical figure the owner seems to think it's worth.

If it had the importance he is assigning, it would be more valuable, even if it were just a prelim. But I think the attribution and date is anyone's guess. And the content could just be a collection of random panels if it is a tryout page.

I paid $99 for mine that I bought off Heritage in 2008 (that includes shipping).

Again, I wonder how are they coming by this attribution? Presuming these were all from the same batch, maybe the initial consignor is still out there.
