i believe the color loss in the black arrow box near the spine is production related( my CGC 9.0 has it) so that should detract from the technical grade.

 

URFC crease plus appears to have lost some of the lustre of the red color in the area as well.

Pressing might bring you up another half a point, which for a blue-chip key like this, would be well worth it.
