PGM - Preacher #1

Hey there

 

Can anyone suggest a grade for this Preacher #1 taking into account the slight creasing to the bottom left. It's practically flat in the hand, but the crease is obviously fairly visible up close. Specks on the reverse are either image or dust.

Anyone able to give me a grading? A couple of opinions would be appreciated.

Love that book and with the slight problems a 7,0/7.5 would be in line.

Modern books get hammered for any little thing and welcome to the boards

7.5 due to the crease at the bottom - no higher... looks like it's larger than 1"

Thanks to you both. Would the Glenn Fabry signature affect the valuation, either negatively or positively?

When it comes to modern sigs are all the rage shouldn't hurt or maybe a plus in this case
