JIM#83, CGC 9.0... what do you think it is worth?

Not possible, there is colour bleed. They'd have to butcher the book. I asked.

I gotta say, I don't know what it takes to get a cgc 9.4 or 9.6.

This book looked like it was printed yesterday. Just great.

I think they are grading the book with the flaws the restoration is trying to cover up. This is different than a Qualified label, where the flaws are ignored..Perhaps the glue is holding together a small spine split. Also, if there is color bleed from the CT that alone will downgrade the book.
