Hi all - have had this for over 20 years (bought it off a classmate over lunch break )

i would get this graded, but have it pressed first

 

after press, you might get a 6.0

Seems like each picture I went down it was another

After reviewing all pics my conclusion was 5.0/5.5 also.

It looks like you have some defects that you could press out on the cover, which you help the grade a little. I'm also in the 5.5 camp, and would get it pressed, and graded if your thinking about selling it.

I'm going to be super-conservative and say a 4.5. If it comes back higher you'll be stoked!

Haha, I did try to just post pictures of the main defects I could find, but I can imagine the thought process...

 

"Oh, looks like a 8...wait...7.5, wait...7...oh gosh, 6.5...OH NO, 6.0...

 

Really appreciate everyone's input. At a mid-grade, I was debating if it's even worth spending the money to slab it, but as one of the "keys" I purchased when I was a kid, I think maybe it's worth slabbing to conserve it for sentimental reasons.
