Hey guys I just bought this book and I think it is in really good condition maybe 9.8 or more. What do you think?

 

Note: on the close up pics the small lines are just hair/fibers, the spine is perfect except maybe that top corner idk

9.4 due to color breaks (very minor) at the top, as well as the minor color breaks along the spine. CGC is very particular with these high gloss prestige books. When I submitted my Batman Harley Quinn #NN at a convention, the CGC representative recommended I take a very soft cloth and wipe any finger prints from the high gloss, as he said it could knock the grade down.

on the spine those are not color breaks they are small hairs/fibers which I tried to take off, but the top does, based of this could it be a 9.6+

It looks like a vertical color break on the spine, running from the N in "Batman", to the E in "The"

Well, if it isn't a color break, why can't the hair/fiber be removed? Glue on spine? Thanks to the giant scans,those look like color breaks and I think a grader would say the same. Due to that, the book looks 8.5-9.0.

yeah they were small glue threads which I started removing, but how would you grade it considering that those aren't color breaks

9.8 - I've submitted 4 copies and gotten 4 9.8s and they all look just like that copy.

maybe a 9.8

I would be comfortable selling it as NM+ most likely 9.6 or better imo
