G.I. Joe #2 Price Variant?

I was going through some backstock, and I ran accross G.I. Joe from the 80's. I had about 6 #2's, all but 1 bearing the price tag of 75 cents. I have one, that has a price tag of 60 cents. I checked around, and I haven't found anyone recognizing a price variant. Is there a difference? Does anyone really care (it's VG IMO)?
