Simple rules:

 

7) trumps any PMs or ongoing negotiations. If someone wants to privately, then time stamps will determine the buyer.

16) Shipping will be via USPS Express and is included domestically. International is not available at this time.

39) Acceptable forms of payment: Paypal, bank wires, checks and money orders. Time payments could be available but please PM to work it out.

Tough to price so we'll start here: $2,400 shipped and insured

 

Only 10 copies graded higher with 3 topping out at 9.0. Needless to say it gets scarce above 7.0 (11 copies in 7.0)
