major spine roll, centrefold detached and completely split

3/4” rip in the top left where there is a small piece out, tear and fold in the bottom right corner

I’m not sure whats going on with the trim on the bottom right - it does not seem to be flush or make any sense from a spine roll perspective - but I think this may be a bindery issue

Some wear in bottom left corner on the cover, staples are firmly attached, but tears at staple along the spine

inside pages edge wear and a few small tears
