Wizard is expanding next year tho. I know of one new city and there's supposedly more. Vendors that were at the Sunday meeting know about them.

Not a binding one on their side, at least not in terms of guaranteeing a show. Refunds dissolve contracts of that type.

 

Expansion of the type they'd done previously would be a stupid idea.
