PGM: Terry and the Pirates #3 (#1)

OK, so here's the good and bad about this comic:

 

Really nice paper, vibrant colors. Front cover has a slightly erased initial and a random piece of tape (doesn't address a tear in the cover just looks like an accident). Back cover has what appears to be a printer's crease going across the middle and a 1"+ tear at the top. Book is pretty flat with stuff that can press out.

 

Two questions: 1) Your thought on the grade and 2) Is it worth getting the tape professionally removed or should I just suck it up as is?

4.0 leave the tape and it is still a nice book
