Does An Ink Stamp On Comic Books (i.e. FCBD books) Affect Grade?

I submitted a number of books that I received at Free Comic Book Day where the store stamped their information on it. Of course they stamped it in the white box on the cover of the comic. Does this affect the grade in any way? If so, how much of a drop will it take?

Green label Qualified grade most likely.

I've seen sketch cover variants with sketches on them that receive a green label because the sketch wasn't witnessed.

 

I'd suspect if it's ultra high grade (nm+ or higher), a book with a stamp would get a Q label
