anyone having trouble with eBay sniping programs lately?

I've had a few different services get rejected by eBay when trying to bid over the last 24 hours.

I used to use Bidnip and for the most part it worked well, but too many times it just wouldn't work and I would lose a book I would've otherwise won. Their customer service response was " sorry" and to give me 5-10 free snipes. Blah.
