My leading comics #2? General interest once it comes back graded next week

Im trying to gage a general interest in my leading comics #2 when it comes back from being graded next week. Im trying to not find out what the grade will be when i get it back cause i want to be suprised but before i sent it in numerous people thought it would get a 7.0-8.0 grade range and its unrestored which is a good thing. I know many havent been sold in the past 5 yrs or so so im trying to gage what a good resale value would be on it. I know that its the 3rd appearance of the golden age green arrow. Any ideas guys?

I had a tough time getting what I thought I should get for a nice #3 (meaning I settled for less than guide, but it wasn't slabbed), but that was 10 years ago. It's one of those overlooked GA DC titles. It should get more love!
