DC Universe Rebirth #1, The Midnight Variant

Does any one know what the "Midnight Variant" is? 2nd print? Rare? Why is it called a "midnight" variant as opposed to a "regular" variant?

1st printing B cover.

 

Not sure about the rarity. When I picked up Rebirth my store was sold out of copies the same afternoon but the owner put a copy of the B cover in my pile.

 

Pretty sure some stores opened at midnight for the launch of Rebirth so maybe it has something to do with that.

Any chance DC reprinted the Midnight variant, as the 2nd printing of Rebirth #1 is sold out at my LCSs?

Thanks for the response. I picked up 5 of these today in trade deal but didn't know exactly what they were. I guess I should sell them while their hot.
