PGM Strange Tales 101 2nd copy

Putting up another copy of ST 101 I’d like some opinions on. I posted one a couple week back which folks thought was about a 4.5. This copy is more structurally sound IMO. It does have a marking in pencil next to the price. Thanks!

Yeah, easy 6.5 but for top edge, so tough 6.5 but a fan like me might grade it 6.7.

Wouldn't be surprised if that was used as inspiration. Looks very similar.
