Fantastic Four 72 CGC 9.0

This is my favorite Silver Surfer cover but I just picked up another key Surfer book so this one has to go. It is graded by CGC as a 9.0 with off-white pages. There is a small Crack in the bottom of the case but no pieces are missing. I was actually going to send this out for Joe Sinnott to sign this Fall for the CGC Signature Series. $200 shipped to your door in the U.S. First gets the book.
