Early Issues of Walking Dead- to CGC or not?

Hi all,

 

I have some early issues of The Walking Dead- all first prints I have had sitting in long boxes for the last 12-13 years.

 

I'm liquidating my comic book collection, and I am trying to research which of my comics would be worth CGC'ing for purposes of sale.

 

Ebay has very little recent sales data on many of these issues so I was wondering if there was an opinion in the collector community about graded versus non-graded values.

 

I am a very conservative grader, and here are my assessments of some of my books. I'm fairly confident this would be the lowest score CGC could possibly grade at:

 

#1- 9.0

#4- 7.0

#5- 7.0

#6- 8.0

#7- 8.5

#8- 8.0

#9- 9.0

#10- 7.5

#11- 8.5

#12- 8.0

#13- 9.0

#14- 7.5

Assuming your grades are accurate, I would say the only book worth grading is the #1.
