Tonight, I'll be selling more of Evelyn's books, this will be the last part of the collection..

This part of the collection is mostly Silver Age, there are some late GA and 3, very scarce Goldenage books I'll be listing at the end. 2 are very early, one is mid 40's.

 

I'm going to start with a mixed group, and then DC and Marvel. The Marvel group has some Key issues.

The books are already very discounted, but I would really love a sell out for Evelyn (and pack less;) so I'm going to add a fe w more options.

 

None of these options apply to the 2 Golden Age books at the very End (the final 2) Those 2 books will ship for free and any purchases you made with them, will also ship for fre, that applies (for those 2 books) in and out of the US.

For those of you who have bought from me before. you know I never ship in old bags and boards and I usually bag and board in Mylite 2's with full backing boards. These books came in very old bags and boards that I immediately discarded. I didn't have a lot of extra bags and boards, so while every bag and board you get will be new, some I got from Amazon and they are the less expensive type.

 

The collection is smoke free, but some of the books have a musty smell. I noted them when I noticed it, but if you have allergies or are concerned, let me know and I'll gladly check out the specific book or books.

Shipping for these books is exact, wherever you are...well, except the Moon, that might take a while;) I use regional boxes whenever I can, anything over $200 must go signature required.

 

For raw books in the the US, a flat rate envelope with strong boards is $5.95, boxes go anywhere from $6 to $8 for one book. I'm in NY. Regional boxes to California are about $10, closer to NY is less. I can safely fit about 12 books in a Regional Box A, over that, I need to use the B boxes, which are higher.

 

 

Out of the US, I can do first class to Canada, but it's still expensive.

 

 

Returns. You can return anything for any reason as long as you notify me within 3 days of receipt and return the item the same way it was sent within 7 days. If I made an error in the description, I'll pay for return shipping.

 

While i usually give a longer return time, I can't on these because they belong to someone else.

The Black Hood, the Shield, the Comet, all MLJ GA heroes, plus the Fly and Flygirl.

Right front cover edge is a little rough, maybe some bug damage, or maybe distribution problem.

There is a 1” tear on the back, a very small tear on the front. Grade is VG- (3.5)

Robin Hood, #9, IW Enterprises Some wear on the right edge, about VG.

Tarzan books, all have great color, pages are ow to cream for the most part, all are very supple.

 

#27, General Creasing, grade is Good+

 

#28, creasing left side, samll tear at bottom, some scratches. Grade is VG-

 

#29 , line near the spine and some bug damage lower right corner. Grade is VG

#30, small piece missing lower right, grade is VG.

#36, lots of creasing, some scuffing. Ink on logo. Good (2.0)

#37, creasing near spine, corner crease lower right. Grade VG=

#45a, Pencil line across front, date in pencil on front.slight spine roll, VG.

48a, dust shadow, 1” tear on the back, dirt on the front, big crease on the front.. Grade is GD/VG

#48, crease on front, some dirt, light creasing near spine, Grade is VG

#49, 3” crease going down from top, slight rust on staples. Grade is VG/F

Some rust on the staples, no rust inside, tear at top staple,. Grade is Fine-

Black Hawk #106, great color, some very small tears on the right side and a small punch out on the back (looks like someone drew a letter “P” and pushed out the top.

Grade is in the VG range.

Blackhawk #109, 1957,

Nice color, tear at lower staple, but it is attached. Pages in the OW range, some “invisible” stains on the gloss. Grade is VG- (3.5)

Plus #157, pages in the OW range, tiny tear on the right, small crease on the upper right, Fine- (5.5)

 

Bin is $40 (for the 3)

Nice color and ow pages, big crease upper right and a small cover spine split lower spine, small V off the back.

Grade is VG

#90, Batman and Adam Strange. Slight spine roll, small crease lower right, grade in the VG range.

Great color, and OW pages, There is a bend upper right, you can see it on the back, should be non color breaking. There is a small piece off that corner, as well. Grade is VG + (4.5)

PLUS

#187 Giant, spine is bent up a bit, there is a very small amount of paper missing at the bottom of the spine, and a bend upper right. Grade is in the Fine range.
