Howdy and thanks for taking a peak at this.....

 

Thrilling Comics #48, looks to be the Canadian version that mimics the American version which has the same cover but is #45.

 

Also, thoughts on the grade? Real nice copy regardless!

As far as the numbering it looks like the Canadian edition. Grade? Around a 5.5/6.0.

Are the Canadian versions treated kind of like a second print or much less valuable? Excuse my ignorance, still learning this genre.

It's hanging on, no split, just roughed up.

I'm going to have to say 5.0 due to the two tears on the back cover top and bottom edges. Otherwise 5.5 range at least.

X makes good points, but according to the (small sample of) books seen so far in the green eggs & ham contest, the GA bump can be pretty solid.
