Hi there, I would recommend following this link to see the Marketplace Guidelines for selling here.

 

You do need to show the book that you're selling, and also mention whether you do or do not take returns.

 

It would be nice for you to tell us your eBay username, so we can make a more informed decision. Also, do you have any references that you can post here?
