I've always loved this cover and own another much lower grade copy. Bought this today at the store. The cover looks great. Someone scribbled the letter R in pen on the top. The pages are between OFF-White/White (maybe even white). My main concern is the tanning or dust lines on the back cover along the bottom and spine areas. What do you guys think this might grade at?

If that's a tear at the top of the back, 6.5

 

Nope no tear, but I did notice two small chips on the front cover on the edges. One by the Approved by Comics Code Stamp to the right of it. I also noticed one tiny chip under the letter "H" in Fun-House.
