PGM Three ASM 1963-64 Marvel Comics Currently at CGC for grading

I currently have these three books at CGC for grading. I'm curious to see how close people can get to the the ultimate grades. (I'll post them when they come in.)

ASM 10 & 16: 8.0-8.5; spine ticks on the #10, bottom staple; small crease folds bottom right FC on the #16

ASM Annual 1: 7.0-8.0; Crease bottom right, FC, on the annual?? Does it break color? Slight spine issues near the bottom

 

Slight chipping on all books;

 

Nice books! Colors pop on all of them; hope I'm wrong on all them and the grades return higher ...

The Annual is actually in the best shape of the lot. There are no folds and nothing breaking color. There is the spine corner wear but I think it will come in as 9.0 - 9.2.

Here's the Verdict.

 

ASM #10 came in at 7.0

 

ASM #16 8.0

 

ASM Annual #1 8.0

 

All have white pages.
