what is near investment quality? Does that mean mid grade?

 

Oh by the way I doubt that with staple wear and like 10 spine stress thats an 8.5

I found that I have to list it my "better" quality comic books on ebay this way rather than using such comments or words such as: "this would be an excellent book to CGC" or "CGC it"...

 

Ebay deleted my prior ebay listings when I made any reference to "CGC"...

 

I felt that this method of posting my good looking, higher grade raw comic books and saying "near investment quality" in the title would give potential buyers a better grade if they were interested...

 

By the way, I believe I graded this comic book correctly because there are virtually no stress marks showing on this book...
