There was a thread about this a while ago. CGC said that they used to accept these books for grading, but, due to concerns primarily Matt Nelson's, they were deciding whether to continue doing so when IGB made the decision for them, and stopped submitting.

Just needs to switch out the 'Tec 37 in order to get all of the labels to line up.

That's true, he did...long way to go yet...

Tape holds me back.

 

I've seen what it did do another 3.0 copy.
