Who the heck is bidding on these lots?

 

I have been wondering the same thing all day. I don't know why I even bother to have books graded, set up at shows, etc. I should just consign them all to the next Phil Weiss auction. Holy cow!

Probably wouldn't work out if you are the Seller. 20% goes to the internet site provider. Not sure what PWs slice of the pie is 10%?

 

I've been watching and bidding on PW auctions for years now. Quality fines. A few undervalue books (pre-robin-bat collection 5 yrs. ago that is worth much more today). Most go for a preimium. Poor descriptions with uncheck resto work.

 

Take it from this old timer, for a winning formula:

 

patience + ebay = best deals.
