Heroes for Hope VF $2.00 SOLD! 1985 Starring The X-men. What a lineup of contributors: Art Adams provides the cover, also interior work from John Byrne, Bernie Wrightson, Frank Miller, Richard Corben, John Bolton, Walt Simonson, Stephen King, Charles Vess, Brian Bolland, Jim Starlin provides back cover etc, The list goes on and on. A must have for any comic collector.

Supernatural Thrillers 5 Fine $5.00 SOLD! Featuring 1st appearance of The Living Mummy. What a concept. Marvel was going all in on horror during this time. Steve Gerber is the writer.

Model and Toy Collector Magazine Special #3 Fine $8.00 1990. Cover by Mirage artists Ryan Brown and Steve Levine. There are an amazing array of stunning items of interest in this mag. I think the main thing that I like when looking back over it is the merchandise list that is given and the pictures and descriptions provided are an absolutely indispensable reference cornucopia. Plus the original – never before seen character sketches, ooh la, la! This really is like hitting the jackpot for the TMNT connoisseur. Over 60 pages of wild fun! A little wide for my scanner.

The Toy Collector News #23 Fine+ $2.00 SOLD! February 1988 Interesting mag on card stock paper that features vintage pictures and descriptions of Marx, Mego, Archer, Gilmark, Plasticraft, Lido, etc. manufactured toys from the 1950’s – 1980’s. Also some fascinating proto types. A little wide for the scanner.
